We offer a 14-day "quiet evenings" guarantee. If a paid product doesn't help, send us one email within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You keep the pages.

1. Eligibility

The 14-day window runs from the date of purchase and applies to digital products purchased directly through our Shopify checkout.

2. How to request a refund

Email anchored.evenings@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You keep any downloaded files.
